I'm in the home stretch with my weight loss, walking more, eating better. I can see the finish line even though it is still some ways away. After wavering on this path I'm back on with a vengeance. And one of the things that has helped me stay the course, is music. Mostly, musical figures have played the biggest role. One with the body stlye, the other with the look and attitude
The Body : Till Lindemann - Lead singer of the German band Rammstein, 6'3", built like a tank!
The Look/Attitude: Michael Poulsen - Lead singer of the Dannish rock back Volbeat, the dude just oozes coolness. I got to see him in concert, dude was nice, down to Earth, and loved his fans. About as easy going as they come.
Everyone can strive to be physically healthy, but one must also try to be mentally cool. Cause as we know, there is nothing worse than someone who is fit and trim, but is a complete dick. You have to strive to better all around. Here's to it.......let's finish this thing.

I used to really dig Rammstein. Played Du haste before every hockey game I played.
